Curtis O'Reilly

Co-Founder

Curtis began his programming career at just 13 years old and has been building software ever since. After working as a developer for multiple companies, he co-founded Action Web with his brother in 1996, a web hosting service that helped businesses get online in the early days of the internet. In 2009, they launched SpamHero, a trusted email security platform. Today, Curtis is bringing his decades of technical and entrepreneurial experience to the home service industry with Crewvana, focused on helping businesses operate smarter and grow faster.

Jeremy O'Reilly

Co-Founder

Jeremy O'Reilly is a lifelong builder who has spent more than two decades helping launch and grow software businesses. Alongside Curtis, he has helped lead iSparks and build products like ActionWeb and SpamHero, always focused on solving practical problems for real operators. At Crewvana, Jeremy helps shape the direction of the platform so home-service companies can run smoother, serve customers better, and grow with less friction.

Skeets O'Reilly

Co-Founder

Skeets O'Reilly is a software developer with over 20 years of experience, working across multiple languages and technologies in both professional and personal projects. His work is centered on building reliable, maintainable systems with a strong emphasis on long-term performance and clarity.

He has maintained the control panel for SpamHero, supporting a platform used by thousands of people daily. In addition, he has created and maintained a wide range of products and libraries across different programming environments, demonstrating both versatility and a consistent ability to deliver practical, well-crafted solutions.

Justin O'Reilly

Co-Founder

Justin O'Reilly began programming in 2018, focusing on UI/UX work for SpamHero. In 2024, he launched Bright Window Cleaning and quickly saw how limited the available software was for window cleaners. After experiencing those gaps firsthand, he started building his own tools and now brings that same practical, operator-first mindset to Crewvana.
